Mere Women

Experimenting with dark, dreamy tones and restless energy, Mere Women have been creeping about, playing warehouses, record stores and bar shows since their inception.

Hands down one of the most fierce live acts currently playing in Australia.

The Black Heart Death Cult

From the gloom/doom of the all too sudden demise of The Grand Rapids (early 2015) singer/songwriter Sasha L Smith envisions a brave new dark age of droney bliss in the sonic bazaar.

Droney psych mantras, sonic opiates & space glazed kaleido fuzz jams begin to form like sparkly magic mountain-drops in the re-imagined mind-forrest of The Flower Captain

Their self-titled 2013  debut album was a woozy, atmospheric affair that was well loved all around Australia.  The band toured regularly behind the record, including supports for  Earthless and Endless Boogie.  Their latest offering Mind of The Swarm will be released 10 Feb 2017.

Hailing from Brisbane's fertile underground music scene, we're thrilled to welcome Dreamtime back to the psych fest stage!

For intrepid psychonauts wishing to hitch a ride, Dreamtime hits all of the sweetest aural spots: heavy tribal grooves; laid back folk-rock; propulsive, full-on fuzztone - all interwoven together with kosmische analogue synth swirls and space oscillations.

/ Swervedriver / You Am I / Obits - just to name a few!!

Less of the paisley and more of the flannel end of the psych spectrum, Thorax have been kickin' around Sydney for a few years.
They play loud, not particularly fast, and should help cover those heavy bases!

White+ is a project as a “hardware electronica band” with Shouwang in charge of vocals and customized keyboards, pedals and loops, while Wang Xu plays drums and a sampler that generates the pulsing and rolling background beats.

Their music flaunts some brilliant sparks as it reflects the duo’s minimalist taste, creating delicate structures surrounded by a field of noise.
